I would like SAMPLES before ordering?

Certainly.  The idea of samples is to give you the look and feel of the invitations and stationery prior to placing a full order.  Samples come with generic text where text is ordered so there is no need to submit wording until you place your full order.  Samples are available for purchase by clicking the add to cart button for the items you would like.  Samples are dispatched usually within 3 business days.  A small postage and handling fee for samples will apply.

NB# When a full order including text is placed you will receive an e-proof of your invitations and stationery for your approval prior to printing.

How long will it take to get my order?

DIY non-personalized orders will be dispatched within 3 - 7 business days.  We will notify you if any delays are expected.

Personalized orders with wording will be dispatched within 10 business days of your proof approval.

Australia Post regular mail takes 2 - 6 business days within Australia.

International postage takes 10 - 14 business days depending on your location.

NB# When a full order including text is placed you will receive and e-proof of your invitations and stationery for your approval prior to printing.  Dispatch times are from when your proof approval is received by our staff.

Can I have my own photo printed on my stationery?

We can create your own, unique invitations and stationery.  With your choice of DIY or fully printed we can make your stationery using your own photo for a flat fee of only $12.95 on top of your order cost. 

To order just click the add to order button below then select the stationery layout you want from any gallery (just ignore the current image).  Then when you have placed your order ,email your image as an attachment to
info@diyinvitationsendation.com  A proof will be emailed to you prior to printing.

NB# Please email us your image in the largest picture size you have to ensure quality printing.

Can I have my choice of wording printed?

Yes, we have great deals on fully printed stationery.  You can be sure the text and layout of your wording is just perfect as we will email you a proof for your approval prior to printing.  You can make any changes you wish until you are totaly happy.  Click here for prices.

When do I pay?

When you use the add to cart butons your shopping cart will automaticaly be created.  You can use the shopping cart as a calculator to check the cost of your order as you go.  Once you have completed your cart and proceed to the checkout you will be required use your credit card or PayPal to finalize your order.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you have any concerns, please contact us immediatly and we will check our records and update you on the progress of your order.  If you haven't received your order within 14 business days, from the date of our dispatch, we will replace your order. 

#NB Please allow an extra 14 business days from dispatch for rural and country areas and overseas.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:-
Invitation and orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and only at the discretion of Diy Invitation Sensation management.  Invitation and stationery cancellations accepted by management within 24 business hours of placing your order will be subject to a 10% administration and handling fee.  After 24 hours a fee of 20% will apply. 

General Refunds:-
Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. 

If you feel there is an error in your stationery contact us straight away.  Our staff will invistigate where the error occured.  If the error was the fault of Diy Invitations Sensation your stationery will be re-printed and dispatched within 48 hours.  If the error was in your ordering process or approved in your e-proof  we can reprint your stationery at your cost.
